Refund policy

All sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed, or modified once they have been placed. For sanitation purposes we do not offer returns/exchanges. Marysnailsshop.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. 

To request replacement for damaged products or any other concerns please contact us at: marysnailschicago@gmail.com or through the form above within 72hrs of receiving your order. Please include your first and last name along with your order number. 

Please allow 24-48hrs for a response. Response times may vary during holidays or immediately following restocks.

Order confirmation emails could be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact us if you have no received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.

Upon shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery is typically 3-5 business days from the ship date. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We do NOT refund if the address provided is incorrect and delivered to the wrong location. 

If you can not locate your package that says "DELIVERED" please contact your local post office supervisor. Refunds will not be given on orders that say they have been delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped it is out of our control. You will need to file a claim with USPS.
